Norwich City youngsters Glenn Middleton and Jon McCracken have got off to a solid start to the Uefa European Under-17 Championship in Croatia with Scotland.
Both of the Canaries academy players started their country's tournament opener against Faroe Islands in Stadion Lu?ko in Zagreb.
Second-half goals from Innes Cameron and Jack Aitchison secured a 2-0 victory as Scott Gemmill's team made a winning start to their Group B campaign.
Exciting winger Middleton, a regular for City's U23s this season who was an unused substitute for the first team in the FA Cup earlier this year, played 78 minutes.
McCracken joined the Canaries from Hamilton Academical last summer as a third-year scholar and featured for the U18s during the current campaign.
Scotland's next game is against Hungary on Saturday (3pm UK time) at the same venue before playing France on Tuesday.
