Norwich City defender Michael Nelson has ruled out a Swindon hangover ahead of Saturday's latest League One promotion tussle against stuttering Leeds.

United's disappointing 2-0 midweek reverse at home to Millwall was the perfect fillip for the Canaries after conceding a late stoppage time equaliser at the County Ground.

Now Nelson promises Paul Lambert's men will be ready to tackle the pre-season title favourites in front of a Carrow Road sell out after emerging unscathed from tough recent road trips.

Nelson insists Robins' skipper Gordon Greer's powerful late header to cancel out Grant Holt's earlier effort at the weekend will have no bearing on Leeds' eagerly anticipated visit.

"You can't dwell on it," he said. "I don't see why should get to despondent. To go to Huddersfield and then to come to Swindon are two very tough away games. We've taken four points and stayed unbeaten so let's move on to Leeds. Like we say we just move on until we make promotion possible.

"You can't start saying we're going to take three here and one there or we might get beaten there, you've just got to turn up and try to get the three points and hopefully you will."

As for the dramatic draw atSwindon,Nelson added: "It was one of those games where it wasn't a great game for clear cut chances for both sides, but we were there at the end and they managed to nick one at the death."
