Highly-rated Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond has been demonstrating some of his finishing skills in training with the England Under-21s – proving he can finish with his left foot, as well as his favoured right foot.

The 22-year-old is in France as part of Gareth Southgate's squad for the renowned Toulon tournament, which started with a 1-0 win over Portugal on Thursday, with Redmond coming on in the 63rd minute and providing the cross which led to Patrick Baker's winning goal just a minute later.

In the lead up to the Young Lions' next game, against Guinea U23s at 6.45pm today, the Football Association have released a video from training in which Redmond steals the show.

During shooting practice the Canaries star – who is being linked with a summer transfer to a host of Premier League clubs – is twice denied by Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.

Redmond finds the back of the net eventually though, with a sweet strike at the end of the video, which can be watched above.

The U21s return to action against Paraguay U23s on Wednesday (6.45pm UK time) and Japan U23s on Friday (4.15pm).

Redmond has been capped 25 times at U21 level and 65 times in total for England at youth level since making his U16s debut and scored six goals in 35 Premier League games for City last season.
