Matt Jarvis continued his injury comeback with 90 minutes for Norwich City Under-23s against Blackburn Rovers U23s this afternoon.
The visitors took the lead in the 13th minute when Joseph Rankin-Costello headed home a Connor Mahoney corner but the young Canaries levelled six minutes after the break, thanks to a penalty from Carlton Morris.
Morris came close to putting the hosts in front in the 82nd minute when Jarvis did well to cross from the left but the striker saw his header come back off the crossbar.
Rovers responded to the close call when the lively Mahoney charged down the right and was brought down by Jamal Lewis, before calmly stroking home his penalty.
The winger then scored his second in the first minute of added time, finishing coolly at the back post to seal a 3-1 win.
