Inter Milan are returning to Norfolk – 25 years on from Norwich City's famous Uefa Cup run.

The Italian giants are sending a team of legends across to face former Canaries stars in a prestige match at Carrow Road in aid of the Community Sports Foundation (CSF).

City legends Bryan Gunn, Darren Huckerby and Adam Drury are the early names confirmed for the Norwich team and Inter Forever will field Francesco Toldo, Javier Zanetti and Nicola Berti.

More names are to follow in the next few months, ahead of the game being played on Sunday, May 20 next year, as City's European adventure of 1993 closes on its 25th anniversary.

Funds raised at the game will go towards CSF's new community sports facility The Nest, the £1.1million first phase of which is being built at the former Anglian Windows site off Holt Road, near Norwich Airport. Tickets for the game, which is being supported by Aviva, are on sale to City season ticket holders and members from today and on general sale on Monday.
