Reading have accepted a third Norwich City bid, believed to be £2m, for highly-rated midfielder Aaron Tshibola.

Teamtalk report on Tuesday morning City's persistence looks to have paid off after an 'undisclosed' club had two earlier offers rejected by the Royals for the 21-year-old, who is also being tracked by Crystal Palace, West Brom and Aston Villa.

City now have permission to discuss personal terms with the England youth international after Reading rejected Norwich's initial two offers for Tshibola, according to Teamtalk, but they have reluctantly accepted Norwich's third offer.

Alex Neil has already signed the likes of James Maddison, Ben Godfrey and Ebou Adams since arriving at Carrow Road, to go with the club's other young talent such as the Murphy twins and Harry Toffolo, as he looks to build for the future at Carrow Road.
