A clutch of senior Canaries players with question marks over their futures have been left out of Tuesday night's pre-season friendly at Wroxham (7.30pm).
The names of Cody McDonald, Oli Johnson, Stephen Hughes, Steven Smith, Owain Tudur Jones and Anthony McNamee were all missing from Ricky Martin's squad.
The Academy boss will take a young, predominantly under-18s side to Trafford Parkt, with a mixture of scholars as well as young pros Jed Steer, Tom Adeyemi, Matt Ball and Josh Dawkin.
