Norwich City have announced next week's friendly at Cambridge United will be played over four 30-minute quarters to enable both clubs to use their full squads.
City's trip to the Abbey Stadium on Friday, July 17 (KO 7:30pm) will now be played over 120 minutes. Alex Neil's squad begin their Premier League build-up in earnest at Gorleston on Saturday (July 11) before a trip to Hitchin Town on Tuesday, July 14 (7:45pm).
Following the Cambridge game, Neil's squad will fly out for a European training camp, with matches scheduled against Maccaibi Haifa on Monday, July 20 (6:30pm CET) and FC Augsburg on Saturday, July 25 (2pm CET).
The Canaries will then round off their preparations by marking 80 years of Carrow Road against West Ham United on Tuesday, July 28 (7:45pm), prior to hosting Brentford on Saturday, August 1 (3pm).
• Tickets for the Cambridge United friendly game are priced at £15 for adults, £10 for over-65s/18-21s/students and £5 for U17s and available from the usual outlets.
