Norwich City confirmed on Monday morning Watford's scheduled Premier League visit to Carrow Road has been postponed due to the Hornets' FA Cup semi-final involvement.
Watford were due to visit Norfolk on April 23 but will have an FA Cup semi-final tie at Wembley that weekend after knocking out holders Arsenal 2-1 on Sunday. The Hornets will find out their last four opponents when the draw is made on Monday evening.
Norwich officials have yet to announced a new date for the league clash.
A statement read: Norwich City's Barclays Premier League meeting with Watford at Carrow Road originally scheduled for Saturday, April 23 has been postponed. This is due to Watford's involvement in the Emirates FA Cup semi-final, with ties due to be played that weekend. A rearranged date for the fixture will be announced in due course.'
Norwich lost 2-0 at Vicarage Road in the corresponding league fixture this season with Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo on target for Quique Sanchez Flores' side.
