Teemu Pukki
Possibly the easiest decision of the season, although the likes of Moritz Leitner and Todd Cantwell in particular were excellent in a wonderfully vibrant team performance from the Canaries. Pukki's hat-trick earned more plaudits and underlined after his Liverpool opener the previous weekend he is still hungry for more goals this season.
