Norwich City star Robbie Brady scored in the opening minutes of the Republic's of Ireland's European Championship clash with hosts France today.
Brady stepped up to score from the penalty spot in the third minute after Shane Long had been fouled. It was the fastest ever penalty scored at a European Championship – timed at one minute and 58 seconds.
The winners go through to the quarter-finals.
