Our latest Norwich City player watch kept a close eye on Moritz Leitner as the midfielder made his full debut, playing an influential role in the Canaries' impressive 1-1 draw at Derby County.
10 – Perfectly weighted ball through to Josh Murphy on the right with little space to play with but the winger's cross is headed clear.
12 – Hooks clear under pressure from Ikechi Anya but Lewis loses possession on the left and Matej Vydra lashes the Rams in front.
16 – Oliveira chests down to the German in midfield and he gets a pass wrong, putting the ball straight out for a throw. Scratches his head in confusion.
17 – Just about holds off Huddlestone on the edge of the City box and hooks clear.
23 – Controls Oliveira's back-heel on the right and tries to scoop it back to him, with the striker winning a throw.
35 – Again receives the ball centrally and looks to play a through-ball but with no runners has to go backwards, puts his arms up asking why no-one is showing for the ball.
37 – Curls in a nice cross from the right but Richard Keogh heads clear uncontested on the edge of the six-yard box.
38 – Superb pass plays Maddison clean through, steps inside Scott Carson and penalty is given as he's clipped but the keeper saves Nelson Oliveira's effort.
43 – Another lovely ball into right channel, flicked up by Curtis Davies and Josh Murphy tumbles under Richard Keogh's challenge but no penalty is given.
45+1 – Dips his head in and is knocked to the ground by Huddlestone, foul given in the centre circle.
49 – Falls awkwardly after an aerial challenge, gets treatment and is okay but not happy a foul wasn't given.
54 – Links well with his defence to get out of trouble and set Maddison away but Murphy loses possession.
55 – Important block to stop George Thorne playing Anya in behind Lewis.
56 – Slides in to halt a charging Olsson on the edge of City's box but long pass doesn't reach Murphy.
68 – Over-hits a through-ball to Reed straight out of play, to the delight of the home crowd.
71 – Links with James Maddison and plays a wonderful back-heel to Oliveira, who is clattered, but the midfielder lashes past Carson – only to be dismayed to see a penalty given. Thankfully, Maddison made no mistake from the spot.
77 – Beats Palmer to the ball to keep a City attack alive.
88 – Caught in possession by Palmer but being fouled and eventually goes down.
Verdict: Plenty to be impressed by in the former Germany U21 international's full debut, with a few rusty moments in the mix as well, but a key role in winning both penalties. Huge potential.
Rating: 7 out of 10
