City boss Daniel Farke and star man James Maddison missed out on the monthly manager and player of the season awards.
Farke avoided the curse of Sky Bet manager of the month for January when the judging panel gave the award to Aston Villa boss and former Canaries defender Steve Bruce, whose team took 12 points from four games. And Maddison was beaten in the player of the month category by Fulham's 17-year-old Ryan Sessegnon, who scored six times in four games.
There could be consolation for Maddison, though – his strike at Brentford, when he nutmegged one player before planting the ball into the top corner, is up for the goal of the month award.
Competition for that comes in the shape of ex-Norwich striker Steve Morison, for his volley against the Canaries at Carrow Road on New Year's Day, and Ipswich's Bersant Celina.
