Norwich City titan Grant Hanley is the leader of the gang for Daniel Farke.
Hanley has emerged as a key figure in the German's plans, with a series of uncompromising defensive displays since a summer move from Newcastle United.
Farke knew exactly what he was getting when City pushed the boat out to recruit the 26-year-old powerhouse.
'Grant is an outstanding character. A leader for us in the group,' said Farke.
'I am totally content with him from the beginning. You can see in his body language and how he is playing just how confident he is, but I got the feeling that he can develop even more. He is improving every week.
'His game is much better now than at the start of the season and he is so important for us.
'Against Ipswich not only was he strong defensively but at the end him and Timm (Klose) were playing like centre forwards. Probably 95pc of other players would have felt they could not win that ball for the goal but he didn't give up.'

Farke insists there is plenty more to come.
'We got the feeling in our conversations before we signed him he was exactly the type of player we needed in terms of his mentality,' said Farke.
'He was experienced with many appearances in the Championship, the Premier League and for Scotland but we got the feeling he has a big hunger to develop and an unbelievable motivation.
'We were also realistic.
'There are some topics and parts of his game he has to improve, and he has the will to do so.
'All in all, a pretty good signing and we are pleased to have him long term.'
Hanley's consistent club form could pave a way back into the Scottish set-up under new national boss Alex McLeish.
'The defender's last start for his country came way back in November 2016 against England at Wembley.
'I would hope I am in with a shot,' said Hanley.
'I had to accept when I wasn't picked, because I wasn't playing for my club for a while. Right now, I am focusing on Norwich and working hard every day and concentrating on staying in the team, and if I get called up again, then great.
'I haven't come across him (Alex McLeish) but he is obviously experienced and he has managed some big sides so I think it is a good appointment for Scotland.'
