Norwich City midfielder Ebou Adams is in talks with Leyton Orient over a permanent move.
Adams has impressed during a loan stint at Brisbane Road, and Os' boss Justin Edinburgh confirmed after Saturday's 3-0 National League home win over Woking he wants to sign the 22-year-old, who is entering the final months of his Carrow Road deal.
Adams has failed to break into the first team set up at the Canaries after moving from Dartford in 2016 but had been a regular in City's development squad prior to a six-month loan spell at Shrewsbury earlier this season.
'I think Ebou is fully aware and he knows what we are about,' said Edinburgh. 'He is someone we would love to attract to this football club and we hope it can happen.'
Adams opted to turn out for Orient at the weekend rather than link up with Gambia for a friendly against Algeria as he looks to secure his future.
