Norwich City's Russell Martin will make his first start for Scotland in tonight's friendly international in Slovenia.
Brighton-born Martin, who won his first cap as a late substitute against Wales in Dublin in May, will start in his natural right-back berth after an outstanding first season in the Premier League.
Scotland manager Craig Levein was forced to name a new pair of fullbacks after Alan Hutton and Phil Bardsley pulled out with injuries – Charlie Mulgrew winning his first cap at left-back.
