Norwich City's wide player Nathan Redmond has been linked with Premier League duo Stoke City and Southampton.
The England under 21 international is being touted with a swift top flight return, according to reports in the Daily Telegraph, who claim Redmond would be available for £6m.
The 20-year-old made 34 Premier League appearances for the Canaries last season after signing a four-year contract following his move from hometown club Birmingham 12 months ago.
The Potters will reportedly switch their attentions to Redmond should they fail to complete a permanent move for Oussama Assaidi, who spent last season on loan from Liverpool.
New Saints' chief Ronald Koeman is looking to rebuild his Saints squad after the summer sales of Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw this summer. Ex-City loan keeper Fraser Forster has been strongly linked with an £8m close-season move to St Mary's from Celtic, which would re-unite him with England goalkeeping coach Dave Watson who left Carrow Road last week.
