Millwall have released Norwich City youth product Harry Toffolo without handing the FA Youth Cup winner a debut.

The Lions took on the final six months of the left-back's Canaries contract in the final days of the January transfer window but have included the 22-year-old on their released list.

Toffolo was named on the bench just once by manager Neil Harris, a 1-0 home win over Aston Villa on the final day of the season, and was restricted to under-23 appearances.

Prior to the move the City academy product had made 17 appearances on loan at League One club Doncaster, the level at which he has also previously spent time on loan at Scunthorpe, Peterborough and Swindon, also making seven Championship appearances for Rotherham.

The former England Under-20 international, who made just two League Cup appearances for Norwich after winning the Youth Cup in 2013, is now a free agent.
