After electing to bat first, Norfolk were all out for 190 in the 50th over, with openers Peggy Tirimanna (20) and Lois Nethersell (41) putting on 73.
Skipper Kerry Holl (34), Rachel Thompson (15) and Naomi Littlewood (12) also made useful contributions for the visitors.
Suffolk were always under pressure in their reply as Holl (three for nine), Louise Cadge (three for 15), Thompson (two for 15) and Sarah McGahan (one for 23) helped bowl them out for 101, handing Norfolk an 89-run victory.
