Nine local riders will be taking to the track when the British Superbike Championships pay their annual visit to Brands Hatch and its short, 1.198-mile Indy circuit.
The racing is always fast and furious and back markers can play a big part in the results - and few riders will be as busy as the True Heroes Racing's RAF rider Michael Russell.
Russell, who comes from King's Lynn, will be having his first race in the F2 sidecar championship this year, with army veteran Shaun Parker in the chair.
He will then jump on to his Ducati for the Ducati TriOptions Cup races.
Another local rider who will be in the sidecar this weekend will be North Walsham's Jack Tritton, who will be in the chair for Simon Gilbert with the draperRacing Yamaha F1 sidecar.
The pair have already tasted victory at Brands Hatch this year so will be eager for more.
Jake Dixon, on the RAF Regular and Reserves Kawasaki Superbike, will be hoping for a better run of fortune this weekend as he tries to get his season on track after Donington.
This is also Dixon's local circuit, which is always an added bonus. That said, it is also Shane Byrne's local track, so expect fireworks if Dixon gets a good start.
Bowthorpe's Morello Racing have hopefully sorted out the gremlins that caused their rider, Josh Elliott, electrical problems at Donington and he will be aiming for the top of the podium in the Superstock 1000 races.
The 2015 champion is very good around Brands and easily capable of two podium finishes this weekend. His team-mate, Australian Sam Clarke, will also be aiming to get into the top 10 as he gets more used to the bike.
In the Superstock 600 class, Thetford youngster Ryan Vickers will be aiming for a repeat of his last two races – he won both of them,
Vickers, who is riding the Yamaha UK-supported R6, is going to have a big target on his back, but he is more than capable of seeing off any challengers.
Grant Newstead had a good point scoring ride at Donington with a seventh place and will be looking to add to his points tally.
