Paul French spearheaded their 173-6 score, and Andrew Myhill's 5-35 helped dismiss the visitors for 124.

Castle Rising made the long trek to Southwold and chased down 231 to win by two wickets, Rob Wilson with 64 leading the run chase.

Earlier Gareth Gorst-Allman (68) and Sam Booker (62) piled up the runs for the home side.

Up the A12, Kirkley & Belton remain unbeaten, Dave Brown's 108 proving too much for Overstrand, while champions Saxlingham slipped up at St Andrews, Craig Wright grabbing 93 and Guarev Kasera with 4-44 doing the damage for the hosts.

In the other match, Felthorpe remain winless despite Matthew Doyle's 76no, as Narborough overhauled their 212 with Jack Crisp (56no) seeing them over the line, and Matthew Coe earlier took 4-46.

Aylsham St Giles top Two East by three points from Halvergate as both won comfortably against Drayton and Wensum respectively, Rob Bingham's 43no top scored for Aylsham, while Luke Hannant (56) did likewise for Halvergate.

Michael Barker (5-13) hustled bottom side Gillingham out for 64 as Eaton won by seven wickets, and Steven Hak (48no) led Great Yarmouth to an easy win over Kirkley & Belton A. Aaron Underwood finished off Rollesby with a hat-trick, taking 4-29 as Happisburgh won by 10 runs, despite Ben Youngs' 56.

Mellis lead the way in Two West, Will Dawson (79no) and Paul Tomson (55no) helping them past Sandringham's 167-9.

Saham Toney A are also unbeaten, with Martin taking 4-31 in their win over Beeston.

Jason Fryett (70) starred for Castle Acre in their win over Great Melton B, Chris McKay making 77 in vain, while Barry Wells' 88 and Matt Jubb and Andy Macrow both took 4-21 in East Harling's victory over Gooderstone, for whom Adrian Seymour took 4-18.

Andy Freake (60) and Eddie Thorne (52) led Garboldisham B to victory over bottom side Great Ellingham, despite Brahama's 4-32.

Snettisham head up Three West in the Norfolk Cricket League after Lloyd Osbourne (5-3) and Danny Suckling (4-7) demolished North Elmham.

Castle Rising, Beetley and Thornham all remain unbeaten while Swaffham A recorded their first win.

Meanwhile in Three Central, Hingham and Malayalees are neck and neck, while over in the East, Sprowston B, Bungay and Martham are all unbeaten.

Level Four sees Great Yarmouth A, newcomers Broadland and Old Catton A unbeaten in East, while Old Catton B head up North.

Garboldisham C, Bystanders A and Hingham A are the pacesetters in South, while out West, Denver A, Boughton and Bircham A lead the way.

Spare a thought for Winterton A, whose match was abandoned, having sat out the previous weekend and were washed out on the opening weekend.
