The pair, who both play for Dereham, will now compete in two games every month, with Hobson playing sweeper and Shand centre forward, and they will have the opportunity to play overseas when the team starts international matches in July.

Shand, who is studying a BTEC National Diploma Level Three in Sport and Exercise, said: "I was really shocked when they told me I had made the final team and I still can't believe it."
