With the outdoor season now in full swing, Norfolk's bowlers' attention will now be on the Middleton Cup campaign which gets underway next weekend.

After reaching the final in 2014 the county will be looking for an improved performance following a disappointing 2015 season when they failed to progress from the group stages.

With the group opposition the same as last year – but with the fixtures reversed – Norfolk start at home to Suffolk, at County Arts BC on Saturday (2pm). Then it's away to Northamptonshire on June 11 and Leicestershire on July 9, either side of a home match against Essex on June 25.

With John Ottaway not available for selection this year Stephen Winter has been appointed captain.

Team: Andy McNamara, Richard Summers, Peter Wilkinson & Sam King, John Tufts, Matt Flatman, David Smith & Wayne Willgress, Max Harrison, Mark Riches, Andy Siely & Peter Boldero, Tom Baker, James Segolo, Ian Whiley & Stephen Winter, Gary Mallett, Mick Brown, Paul Shackcloth & Philip Barr, Dan Seabourne, Bernie Perrett & George Tubby. Reserves: Clive Derry & Chris Gaul.
