Thetford Town made it an incredible ten wins out of ten in Division One of the Ridgeons League with yet another emphatic victory, this time 4-1 at bottom club Ipswich Wanderers.
Mark Scott's men appear to be getting stronger by the week with Saturday's win following successive five-goal victories. This week's goals were equally shared by their two Matt's, leading scorer Dixon and Blake.
Swaffham were on the wrong end of the same scoreline at home to Halstead, their only consolation being a second half penalty from Joe Jackson.
Whitton United still top the table – a point ahead of Thetford from three games more – after beating Fakenham 2-0. Downham drew 1-1 at Debenham.
