Fakenham Reserves thumped Sheringham Reserves 7-1 away to get their Anglian Combination Division Four season up and running.
Fakenham were 4-0 up at the break after striker Carlos Greaves opened the scoring after just five minutes.
Greaves made it 2-0 in the 28th minute and was ably supported in the scoring department by midfielder Nick Haynes who scored on the half hour mark before Julian Delicate held his nerve to score from the spot.
The rout was completed late on with Karl Pask scoring the first of his two second half goals in the 85th minute.
Greaves completed his hat-trick a minute later, while Pask wrapped things up in the 89th.
