River Lane and Tilney finally got to play their much delayed semi – and it was the latter who progressed to the Hardy/Sheen Final in their debut season.

They secured the berth with a straight forward 3-0 win with the goals scored by R Precy (2) and Darius Suchocki. They will face Terrington of Division One in the final at Fakenham Town on April 20.

In league action, after 16 games and six months, finally, Wisbech Wanderers picked up their first points of the term with a confidence boosting 1-1 draw at William Burt. It was a thoroughly deserved and there were jubilant scenes at the end after their 84th minute equaliser. Shaun Giles had given Burt the lead but J Johnson pegged them back.

Elsewhere in Division One, Horsepigs gained swift and sweet revenge over Englands Hope for last week's semi-final defeat, with a nail biting 5-4 win, having led 5-1 at half-time. John Murphy led the way with a treble, supported by goals from Jon Sykes and Dan Spalding. Joe Whyborn (2), Ben Jimson and Paul Richardson ensured a nervy end to the game.

Terrington showed more battling qualities as they edged past Vulcatech. An unfortunate own goal gave Terrington the lead, Harry Bennett equalised with a stunning effort, but an Ian Prudence strike saw the victors hang onto Chilvers' coat tails at the top.

CSKA Emneth and Lynn Napier battled out a hard-fought 1-1 draw. J Ogden scored for Emneth, Ryan Juby notched for Napier.

In-form West Lynn travelled to Long Sutton in a second versus third battle in Division Two, in which second prevailed, 4-1. The division's top scorer, Joe Harrison, led the charge with a hat-trick, with Tim Lowe grabbing the other Sutton goal. N Gallagher netted West Lynn's consolation. However, the game was marred by a serious injury to Ben Whitby of West Lynn, and the league sends their best wishes for a speedy recovery to him.

CR Eastern Province got back to winning ways with a 6-0 thumping of Fleet. Curtis Morais was back among the goals with a three-piece. The other strikes came from C Pakes, L Mascall and S Grimes.

Elm travelled into Lynn to face bottom side Hustlers and came away 8-1 victors. J Duncalf scored direct from a corner for Hustlers, but, alas, it wasn't enough, as Aidan Rouse (3), Steve Rogers, Stewart Bass, Nick Frayne, Joseph Moat and Clayton Payne saw Elm to a comfortable win.

All four finals line-ups are now complete and will take place at Fakenham. They are as follows: April 13, Cherrington Cup, William Burt v Chilvers (10.30am) and TGWU Cup, Hunstanton v March (1.30pm). April 20, League Cup, England's Hope v Chilvers (10.30am) and Hardy/Sheen, Tilney v Terrington (1.30pm).
