The first pieces of King's Lynn Sunday League silverware of the season were won, both in injury time, in the basking sunshine of Fakenham's Clipbush Park.

Favourites Chilvers faced off against William Burt in the Cherrington Cup final. This was a repeat of the 2011 TGWU, which saw Burt spring a huge upset but this time, Chilvers gained sweet revenge. Rob Framingham headed the underdogs into a half-time lead before an 88th-minute strike from Danny Jezeph, and Neil Goodbourn's 95th-minute winner, broke Burt hearts.

In an eerie repeat, the underdogs also took the lead in the afternoon's TGWU final before a late winner won it for the Division Two champions elect. Jermaine Watson gave March hope but Jack Lincoln's penalty and Tom Raisbury's goal at the death won it for Hunstanton.

In league action, Division One England's Hope hammered Wisbech Wanderers 11-1. In Division Two, Clenchwarton edged Adrian Flux 2-1 while Maides Head thumped River Lane 8-0.
