A busy Easter weekend of action takes place at the Adrian Flux Arena at King's Lynn.

The arena hosts racing on Saturday, starting at 5.30pm – although due to large number of cars booked to race the 1300 Stock Cars will be on track from 5pm – and Monday (1pm).

Saturday sees the Unlimited Banger East Anglian Championship, with racing also coming from the 2L Stock Cars and 1300cc Stock Cars.

There is a big turnout of Unlimited Bangers, with nearly 80 cars booked in. Lynn teenager Callum Gill won the East Anglian Championship against a quality field at King's Lynn two years ago and will be looking to do the same again. He will be joined on track by his father Russell Gill with local stars Shayn Winsor and Simon Eglen also amongst the entry.

A massive turnout of 1300 Stock Cars is booked, with over 50 cars expected. Former world champion Dan Weavers recently bounced back to form with a win at Mildenhall and will be looking to build on that this weekend.

Completing the action are the 2L Stock Cars who are making their first appearance at King's Lynn after the first meeting on March 3 was cancelled due to the 'Beast from the East'. Hopes of a local win are high, with Willie Skoyles, Lee Sampson and Michael Allard amongst those booked in. Allard has started the season really well with two final wins out of three appearances and will be looking to continue the form he has shown at Aldershot and Skegness.

Monday sees the annual Wacky Races. There are four 'Wacky' formulae in action, all based around National Banger Racing. In action are the 4x4 SUV Bangers, the Siamese Bangers, Reliant Robins and the 1500cc Bangers in their Crazy Race day.

There were a number of local drivers in action in the BriSCA F2 Stock Cars at King's Lynn last weekend. Only one qualified for the meeting final with Rob Aldridge getting through the Consolation with a seventh-place finish. Aldridge failed to make the top 10 in the final which was won by Mark Simpson (Skegness). Aldridge came out in the Grand National at the end of the night and a good drive netted him another seventh place.
