Harleston Magpies Ladies open their National League East Conference campaign with a testing trip to Oxford Hawks tomorrow.
It is Magpies' 14th successive season in the National League – a remarkable achievement for a club in such a rural location.
Charlotte Harrison steps up to captain the side, having been vice-captain – a job now given to Lucy Miller.
Magpies will be without Frances Burrell, who has stepped down from playing while last season's goalkeeper Lisa Griffin is also not playing this season.
New faces include goalkeeper Megan Adams from Ipswich and East Suffolk, Hayley Toleman from Bury St Edmunds, Amy Campbell – who has played for England U16s – from Norwich City and Rosie Butler.
Coach Clyde Camburn returns after 10 years – he coached the team for six years and was responsible for the team returning to the National League.Nick McAllen continues as manager.
