Lynn boss Keith Webb confirmed that the club is keen to recruit Fleming and insisted the 35-year-old defender can play a major part in his squad's bid for Conference football.
Lynn moved into third spot in the Southern League, Premier Division behind early pacesetters Hemel Hempstead at the weekend after a 3-0 win at Swindon Supermarine - the club's seventh consecutive away match following a delayed Main Stand revamp.
