On-loan Chelsea midfielder Jimmy Smith left the field with an ankle injury.
Earlier in their pre-season, FC Zwolle lost 2-0 to Wigan and drew 1-1 with Falkirk.
Norwich's final two pre-season games are at home to West Ham on July 31 and then Vitesse Arnhem on August 3.
