After last week's disappointment against Holt, Crusaders' form improved with a seven try to nil win over struggling Fakenham.
Injury and availability problems have damaged Crusaders confidence as a unit, resulting in the backs doing more defending than attacking.
On Saturday they had plentiful possession and improved support play could have doubled their score. Fakenham's large pack gave Crusaders a tough time and they spent a long period in the visitors' half but their only reward was a penalty near the end.
Crusaders ran out comfortable winners in the end, with tries scored by R Craigs, T.Elliott (2), S Byrne, P Blinkhorn, K.Barber and Smith. P Robinson added four conversions.
