Dereham boss Neal Simmons will be looking to end a difficult week on a positive note when the Magpies travel to Brentwood.

Simmons saw his fifth-placed side concede an injury time goal to draw at home to Aveley a week ago, and then had to deal with a three-point deduction for fielding an ineligible player.

'It's been a disappointing week with the late equaliser and the deduction, but we will take it as a positive that following such a horrible week we are still in the play-offs, and will work even harder to maintain this position,' he said. 'The squad and club is being tested, but we will be ready for everything that is thrown at us.'

Simmons has Seamus Kelleher, Andy Howell and Jake Anema back in his squad but Jay Eastoe-Smith, Ashley Jarvis and Floris Burgers are out, and Owen Murphy and Jamie Forshaw are injured.

Dereham's trip to 20th-placed Brentwood has been postponed four times this season because of cup commitments.
