Swaffham Summer Sevens were once again played in perfect weather as teams travelled from all around East Anglia for the tournament.
Defending champions Oxfam Crusaders (pictured) took on Narford Barbarians in a repeat of last year's final and once again it was Oxfam that prevailed in a tight competitive game that swung both ways during the course of the 20 minutes.
In the Plate, Stowmarket overcame Norwich.
