Mitre continue to chase in second place after they defeated third placed Hellesdon 89-70 (J Rust, E Moore, R Hawes 30-17). Hellesdon recovered to beat Catton 73-63 (J Cannell, D Dawes, M Woodward 25-15). Catton then picked themselves up and recorded victories over Wensum 68-63 (J Blomfield, M Hall, M Conroy 22-11) and Costessey Crown 74-58 (B Shorten, D Willes, M Conroy 21-12).
Another club to return to winning ways were Anglian Windows, who beat Sprowston Sports (E Wright, T Flatman, B Wright 23-15).
Anglia TV moved back to the top of Division Two following their victory over Jarrolds 74-70 (K Meader, D Thorpe, C Thorpe 22-18).
Trowse are second after they took all the points in beating ECOC 95-46 (B Press, T Boorman, B Starling 33-5). Sprowston Rec beat Rackheath 86-65 (M Kniaz, H Curtis, D Turner 24-14) to stay in touch with the leaders.
