David Marshall has moved closer to joining Norwich City on-loan after reportedly receiving the go-ahead from his Celtic manager Gordon Strachan.
The 21-year-old says he is keen to join the Canaries, but has been waiting for permission from Strachan.
But reports suggest Strachan has moved to sign Wigan veteran John Filan as his number two behind Polish stopper Artur Boruc - freeing up Marshall to sign up with City for the remainder of the campaign.
