King's Lynn racer James Brundle is out of tonight's KO Cup semi final, second leg trip to the Isle of Wight.
Brundle has been replaced by Newport guest Chris Schramm for the Smallbrook test with the holders' defending a slender five point lead on the island in their bid to reach a third consecutive final.
Stars' co-promoter Jonathan Chapman confirmed yesterday Brundle was poised for his final Lynn outing with former Lynn racer Adam Allott drafted into the team for the remainder of this season.
Allott will make his return in tomorrow's scheduled Premier League home meeting against Workington.
