Beccles Under-8 make an enjoyable mini-rugby debut

Beccles have enjoyed a good first mini festival.

The Bulls' Under-8s were invited to form a Babas team to take part in Diss junior festival.

Beccles took their full squad, with the majority taking part in their first ever matches.

In their four-fixture tournament they drew one and lost three, which was a very pleasing for their coaches. Tries were scored by Harry and Oscar, with strong running from Archie and Luke, and ever improving Dexter.

This Sunday the side will continue their progress into the world of rugby with a Mothers' Day training session at 10am at Beccles.
