Darren Smith and Seb Lambert both scored twice for Norwich CEYMS, with one each from Lewis Allen and Joe Woodcock, to earn a 6-0 win at Dersingham Rovers. Goals from Ricky Forder and James Foreman were not enough for Acle United as they slipped to a 3-2 defeat at Long Stratton, their goals coming from Declan Brown (2) and William Morris.

Daniel Terrington scored twice as Cromer Town won 3-0 at Mattishall and Harleston Town continued their good run, beating Kirkley & Pakefield Reserves 2-1, with goals from Scott Roberts and Chris Hall. Mike Fennell, Gaz Ward and George Barnden scored as Caister beat Mulbarton Wanderers 3-1. Wanderers' goal came from Adam Brown. Scole United beat Reepham Town 3-2.
