The shirt features a contrasting yellow, sublimated checkered design with an optical effect. A green mesh under the armpit and down the sides ensures the shirt is breathable, while the round neck collar and sleeve trims are green with ribbed detailing.
City revealed the design with a video featuring men’s players Jonny Rowe, Gabriel Sara, Borja Sainz, Onel Hernández, Ashley Barnes, Jack Stacey, Jacob Sorensen, Abu Kamara and Liam Gibbs, and women’s players Millie Daviss, Lauren Hailes and Ellie Smith.
Supporters can purchase the kit immediately online via official channels or at the club shops at Carrow Road or Jarrolds from 9.30am on Saturday, July 6.
The shirt is the first adorning the logo of new sponsor Blakely, who succeeded Lotus Cars as the club’s principal sponsor earlier this summer. Spanish manufacturer Joma have produced the shirt.
City will give the shirt its first outing in their opening pre-season friendly against Northampton Town at Sixfields next Saturday as well as for the entirety of the Championship campaign, which begins away at Oxford United on Saturday, August 10.
Norwich have also unveiled all three goalkeeper's shirts for the new campaign, with them alternating depending on opponent. The designs have been inspired by the the goalkeeper kit worn between 1994 and 1996.
City's women side will also wear the new kit - with Sekura continuing to be their front of shirt sponsor for the new campaign led by Andy Cook, who was unveiled earlier this week after he succeeded Martin Herdman.
