Two more players have exited King's Lynn Town.

Hours after Tyler Denton's switch to National League North rivals Scunthorpe United was made public, Lynn revealed that Zain Walker and Ben Siggers have been released.

Walker made 29 appearances for Lynn, scoring once, in a 3-0 win at Leamington in late January. The 21-year-old joined Lynn on a month's youth loan from Bristol Rovers in September 2021 and then signed on a deal to the end of the season.

Siggers, 19, had loan spells at Cambridge City and Wingate & Finchley buit never made a first team appearance.

In a statement on social media, the club said: "Discussions continue with other players around contract details and we will update soon."

Denton's departure is the first big blow of the summer but, because was prompted by his relocation in Yorkshire

“I spoke to Tyler and he has shown great commitment to the club commuting over three hours to training and games, day in day out," saiod Lynn boss Mark Hughes. "With a young family, a move closer to his home was simply too much for him to resist. We wish him all the best in the future.”
