The Norfolk Cricket Board held the annual Asda Kwik Cricket County Finals Day at Manor Park on Tuesday, with 16 schools taking part.

Throughout the day each school also had the opportunity to take up the 'Bowl the Pro' challenge against Norfolk player-coach Chris Brown. This event was part of the NCB's Chance to Shine programme and was organised as part of The Cricket Foundation's Brit Insurance National Cricket Day, focusing on encouraging more children to take up the sport.

All 160 children had one over, scoring points for a good delivery and a bonus for each wicket. Top scorers received a place on one of the NCB Cricket Camps this summer and the winning school, Hillside, won cricket kit.

Winning schools Hillside and Martham Primary now go through to the regional finals.
