Lotus driver and former world champion Kimi Raikkonen enjoyed his Formula One return so much he took a bit of time to wish Lotus fans a merry Christmas.
And at the same time, the man who finished an excellent third in the drivers' standings on his comeback season made the most of making fun of his own reputation for being not the easiest driver on the grid to get motivated.
Famed for falling asleep at a circuit or nipping out for ice cream and soft drinks, rather than be interviewed or wheeled out for a corporate function, Raikkonen did at least get his message across in the end.
The Finn will return for Enstone-based, Hethel-backed Lotus again in 2013 alongside Romain Grosjean with a hope of pushing even closer for a second drivers' title.
