Holt bounced back from the previous week's Norfolk Cup semi-final exit at hands of neighbours North Walsham by recording a convincing victory in the final home match of their London 2NE campaign.
Within five minutes Graham Ilsley crashed over for a try which he failed to convert but he made amends shortly afterwards with a penalty to take the score to 8-0 against a Rochford side who had beaten Holt earlier in the season.
Holt's fly-half Tom Jackson, fresh from his impressive game for Eastern Counties U20s, distributed the ball well and made good ground with his clever kicking.
His first cross-kick was followed up by Flanagan who put away Dan Ilsley to score an unconverted try. A further cross-kick by Jackson put away Humberstone to make the score 18-0.
Holt finished the first half with a well-executed forward drive which enabled Rob Gray to touch down for a try converted by Graham Ilsley to take the score to 25-0 at half-time.
The second half saw Rochford come more into the game but they were unable to deal with Jackson, who showed great pace to score under the posts for a try converted by Dan Ilsley to make the score 32-0.
The visitors were then rewarded with a try after a driving maul which was converted, making the score 32-7.
The Holt back row were in excellent form and No 8 Woods capped an impressive performance with an unconverted try which earned Holt a bonus point.
Holt's Woodfordes' man-of-the-match on Saturday was prop-forward Dayne Canning.
Holt's other two teams were also at home on Saturday, with the seconds losing 27-17 to West Norfolk II and the thirds going 32-10 to Wymondham III.
• Holt member Harry Rawling will be treading the hallowed turf at Twickenham on Wednesday (2pm) in the final of the NatWest Schools Vase.
Harry, grandson of Holt founder member John Ross, will be representing his school, Churcher's College, Petersfield against Seevic College, Essex.
He plays lock forward for both his school and Hampshire and is a lineout specialist.
