Norfolk prospect Callum Taylor scored a half-century as England Under-19s launched an excellent fightback against Australia Under-19s.
The 17-year-old Swardeston batsman is on tour Down Under with the England U19s, which has started with a four-day game at the famous WACA Ground in Perth.
Taylor went for just nine as England were out for 172 in their first innings, before taking one wicket as Australia declared on 455-7.
The former Cromer High School pupil was then out for 72, including 11 fours, as England finished day three on 342-5, leading by 59 runs.
