Norfolk Under-11s made it two wins out of two when they comprehensively beat Suffolk by 80 runs at Halvergate.
Norfolk batted first and posted a challenging 184-9 in their 40 overs, thanks to some excellent batting from Tom Wicks (29), man of the match Freddie Fairey (59) and captain Ben Wilcox (28).
Norfolk's bowlers, supported by some brilliant keeping from Harry Nunn, turned the screw. Whilst the wickets were shared across six bowlers Cameron Tasker (5-2-14-1) made a good impression on debut and William Bowman (5-2-4-0) and Jonty Black (4-3-3-0) gave nothing away in the middle of the innings. Suffolk finished on 104-8.
Norfolk play Suffolk on June 7 (1pm) at Sudbourne Hall.
