Lowestoft Town have signed promising full-back Frazer Blake-Tracy from Dereham Town.
The left-back joins the Trawlerboys having won the Manager's Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season awards with the Magpies in Ryman League Division One North in the previous campaign.
'I'm delighted that Frazer has decided to join us and look forward to watching him develop,' Lowestoft boss Ady Gallagher told his club's website.
'Frazer is motivated to make the most of his potential and I'm confident he will become a favourite with our supporters and make a positive contribution to the team during the forthcoming season.'
Blake-Tracy helped Dereham finish second at step four of the non-league pyramid for the second season in a row but now steps up to the Ryman Premier as the Trawlerboys adjust to life following relegation from National League North.
