Lowestoft Town will be looking to end a four-match losing streak in the Bostik League Premier Division when they travel to Suffolk rivals Needham Market this evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

The Trawlerboys slipped to a 3-2 defeat against Kingstonian on Saturday as Dean Leacock's first half sending off gave Ady Gallagher's men a mountain to climb.

Goals from Ollie Humphries and Jake Reed looked to have secured an unlikely three points for the 10 men but two late goals saw the Blues slip to their fifth defeat of the season.

Lowestoft's only win of the season so far in the league came in a 1-0 success against bottom-placed Worthing although they did advance to the FA Cup second qualifying round thanks to a 2-0 victory over Bedford Town. They entertain Harlow Town on Saturday at the Amber Dew Events Stadium.

Needham Market, who beat Lowestoft in the final of the Suffolk Premier Cup last season, come into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at Tooting and Mitcham.
