Our weekly parkrun focus turns on Thetford, Blickling, Lowestoft and Gorleston Cliffs.
Blickling
North Norfolk Beach Runners' Tony Witmond took first place at Blickling in 18:37.
He was followed by Tony McCallum (19:01) and Daniel Campbell in third place in 19:07 - a new personal best.
Junior runner Grace Buchanan (North Norfolk Harriers AC) was first female in 22:25 whilst Lisa Appleton set a new personal best in second place with 23:08. Ruth Pilch (Coltishall Jaguars) was third in 24:01 (new PB).
Youngster Lily Showers (North Norfolk Beach Runners) celebrated her 50th parkrun in 27:21.

Thetford
Scott Hill led the 211 parkrunners home at Thetford in 17:46.
An unknown runner was just behind Hill, who was 43 seconds outside his personal best whilst Luyuyo Mfazwe took third in 18:36 (new PB).
Sabine Schaefer (Thetford AC) was first female in her 199th parkrun in a time of 20:18 with Nicola Lambert-John (Coltishall Jaguars) second in 21:08 in her first taste of the Thetford event. Natalie King was third in 22:04.
Myra Day celebrated her 200th parkrun in 25:41 whilst Tina Bloomfield notched up her 100th in 44:26. Malcolm Duncan set a time of 23:43 in his 50th event.

Lowestoft
Carl Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) claimed first place at Lowestoft in 17:47 on Saturday.
Youngster Josh Barnard wasn't far behind in second place, coming home in 18:04 with Ben Le Compte third in 18:38 - his first time at Lowestoft.
Nicola Jones (Bingley Harriers AC) was first female in 21:50 on her first Lowestoft experience whilst Tracy Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) was second in 23:03. Vicki Grice (Lowestoft Road Runners) was third in 24:09.
Daniel Sayer certainly made his 50th parkrun one to remember as he set a new PB of 25:04.

Gorleston Cliffs
Youngster Abdu Hassan equalled his personal best at Gorleston as the first runner home in 18:03.
Dean Bain (Waveney Valley AC) was second in 18:12 with Samantha Lines (Waveney Valley AC) third overall as first female in 18:20. Bill Heseltine (Bloodline runners) was third male in 18:35.
Colleen Mukuya, fresh from her win at the Milton Keynes Marathon earlier this month, was second female in 21:03 with Anna Kirkham (Norwich Road Runners) third in 21:35.
Terry Hubbard notched up his 200th parkun in 20:45 with both Eirrin Thompson and Linda Carter celebrating their 100th events in 22:33 and 30:52 respectively.
