Norwich City and Ipswich Town renew rivalries at Carrow Road this coming weekend with bragging rights and Championship points at stake.

The Canaries have held the upper hand in recent meetings, but Ipswich lead the overall head-to-head in a bitter regional rivalry. Town's last derby win came in April 2009 when Alan Quinn, Gio Dos Santos and Jon Stead were on target at Portman Road.

City have since enjoyed an unbeaten seven-game stretch, which included a free-scoring league double in the 2010/11 season under Paul Lambert on their way to the Premier League.

Norwich also triumphed in two tense play-off battles in 2014/15 but Town held Norwich to a hard-fought draw when the sides met again earlier this season at Portman Road. Cameron Jerome put Alex Neil's side in front only for Jonas Knudsen to rifle home a low strike in the final seconds of the opening period.

Heroes and the odd villain have emerged from a game that means so much to both sets of supporters. But who in our head-to-head quiz had the most appearances from these cross-border duels?
